Whistleblower Policy

Whistleblower Policy of Zettawise Consulting Pvt Ltd

1. Purpose

Zettawise Consulting Pvt Ltd ("Zettawise") is committed to maintaining high ethical standards, transparency, and integrity in all business dealings. Whistleblower Policy for Zettawise is designed to encourage and enable employees, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to report any unethical, illegal, or fraudulent activities without fear of retaliation.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, directors, officers, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders associated with Zettawise. It covers concerns related to:

  • Financial misconduct or fraud
  • Corruption, bribery, or other unethical business practices
  • Data security and privacy violations
  • Workplace harassment or discrimination
  • Health, safety, and environmental violations
  • Violation of legal or regulatory obligations
  • Any other form of misconduct that may affect Zettawise’s reputation or operations

3. Reporting Mechanism

Whistleblowers can do a Confidential reporting by sending an email to grievance@zettawise.consulting

4. Protection Against Retaliation

Zettawise strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, reports a concern or participates in an investigation. Retaliation may include termination, demotion, harassment, or discrimination, and will be subject to disciplinary action.

5. Investigation Process

  • Upon receiving a complaint, the Compliance Officer will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days.
  • A preliminary review will determine whether a full investigation is required.
  • Investigations will be conducted by an independent internal or external team to ensure objectivity.
  • Findings and recommendations will be reported to the senior management and the Board of Directors, if necessary.
  • Corrective actions will be implemented as required.

6. Confidentiality

All reports and investigations will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality. Whistleblowers may choose to remain anonymous, and their identity will be protected to the fullest extent possible under the law.

7. False Allegations

Malicious, knowingly false, or frivolous complaints may result in disciplinary action against the complainant. However, individuals who report in good faith, even if their allegations are not substantiated
