Bharatendu Tilak (CFO)
Bharatendu Tilak is a Chartered Accountant and a Commerce graduate from St Xaviers College, Kolkata. During the CA articleship period, Bharatendu engaged with S R Batliboi & Co, a network firm of Ernst & Young that performs the audit functions in India. Bharatendu has a quasi-entrepreneurial experience in manufacturing leather garments for exports. He is a founding member of the team that set up Praxis Business School in 2007 and has been responsible for the Finance & Administration functions of AIM EDUCATION PVT LTD and Praxis Business School Foundation since the commencement of their respective operations. He has a keen interest in outdoor sports and has played cricket at the school and college levels.
Prof. Bimal Kumar Roy
Professor Bimal Kumar Roy is a Padmasree Awardee of 2015. He was the chairman of National Statistical Commission, India, and the former Director of Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata. He is also the founder and the general secretary of Cryptology Research Society of India, since its inception in 2001. He played a pioneering role in the development of cryptology research in India and in the promotion of the science of modern cryptology in Indian academia and government agencies. He was instrumental in initiating and organizing Indocrypt (since 2000), one of the leading international conferences dedicated to cryptology. Under the umbrella of Tata Consultancy Services, he initiated & mentored Data Science/Analytics postgraduate programs in several institutes across the globe.

An Electronics and Tele Communication Engineering graduate from B E College, Shibpur, M Tech from IIT, Kharagpur, MSc and M Phil from Madras Unuversity, Master of Management Studies from Osmania University and Fellow of Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE), Maj Gen P K Mallick, VSM has varied experience in command, staff and instructional appointments. The officer has taken part in OP RAKSHAK (Punjab), OP RHINO and OP RAKSHAK in the Kashmir Valley.
He has been consultant with NTRO and Vivekananda International Foundation (VIF) and held the appointment of Chief of Army Staff Chair of Excellence at Centre of Land Warfare Studies (CLAWS).

He continues to be on the boards of companies such as Tata International West Asia, Dubai, AquaChemie Group - UAE, Martrade Group - Germany, and Striking Ideas - USA.
As the Resident Director of Tata Sons for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), he has developed a deep understanding of regional culture, geopolitics, and business opportunities and has led Tata Group’s overall growth in the MENA region.
