Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace
1. Purpose
Zettawise Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment for all employees, free from sexual harassment and discrimination. This policy is in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

3.Definition of Sexual Harassment
Sexual harassment includes unwelcome acts such as:
- Physical contact or advances
- Demand or request for sexual favors
- Sexually colored remarks
- Display of pornography
- Any other unwelcome physical, verbal, or non-verbal conduct of a sexual nature
4. Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)
Zettawise has constituted an ICC comprising trained members, including a senior woman employee and an external expert, to ensure impartial investigation and resolution of complaints.
5. Reporting & Redressal
Any individual who experiences or witnesses sexual harassment may file a complaint with the ICC via:

- Written submission: Addressed to the ICC Chairperson Complaints must be filed within 3 months of the incident. The ICC will investigate confidentially and conclude proceedings within 90 days, followed by appropriate action.
6. Protection Against Retaliation
Zettawise strictly prohibits retaliation against complainants or witnesses. All reports made in good faith will be treated with sensitivity and seriousness.
7. Awareness & Training
Regular POSH awareness sessions and training programs are conducted to foster a culture of respect, dignity, and zero tolerance for harassment.
8. Policy Review
This policy is reviewed annually to ensure compliance with evolving legal and ethical standards.
